Plowshares seeks dedicated, caring and nurturing individuals with talents and skills who are able to build and design exciting, varied and interesting curricula and environments for young children.  We also look for individuals who believe in our philosophy and approach and who respect and work well with members in a cooperative team setting. 

 

As Plowshares was one of the first centers in Massachusetts to receive NAEYC accreditation nearly twenty years ago and now seeks to obtain the highest four star QRIS rating by the Department of Early Education and Care, we look for candidates who also wish to support this effort and who wish to continue their education and training in order to maintain excellence in the care and education they provide to our children and families.  The majority of our staff have undergraduate baccalaureate degrees or Masters in EEC or related fields and have experience working at Plowshares or the field for many years.
